This is a service to replace your lace closure or frontal to a previous wig that you’ve purchased from OUR Hair collection. This DOES NOT include the lace.
This is not a physical item, it is a service
YOU MUST SELECT THE LACE AND ADD THIS SERVICE TO YOUR CART.
SERVICE INCLUDES
- replacement of lace
- customization of the new lace
- bleached knots
- wig washed & restyled
- cap tightened if needed.

You will receive an email with the address to ship your wig.
Turn around times 2-7 business days!

We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.
Processing times Processing times vary depending on the item. Our standard processing time is 1-7 business days before shipping for all items except Custom Order Wigs and Ready to ship Wigs. Wigs on the "Ready to Ship" tab are in stock and ready to ship same day when ordered before 2pm. Orders After 2pm will ship the next day. Wigs on the "Custom Collection" tab processing time 5-15 business days, as it is custom made and colored specifically for you |
Shipping After processing All wigs will ship USPS priority, which is 1-2 business days depending on your location. Tracking will be sent out via email. |

Return policy
Returns Due to the nature of our business and our country pandemic state at this time we are not excepting returns or exchanges. Once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. Therefore, we encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order. Exchanges may occur if we sent the wrong item: If there is a problem with your order ex: we sent the wrong item, size , texture etc. Please contact us BEFORE wearing the wig/bundles. So that we can exchange the item. If you know your order is incorrect & proceed to wear the hair we cannot exchange or refunds. We cannot take back worn hair. |
