*What kind of hair is used for wig units?

Evalyn Rose uses the absolute best, premium 100% virgin Brazilian hair. Each Unit will have the description of what type of hair is used for each unit. Our hair can be washed, dyed, and with-stand heat. 

Can I make changes to a READY TO SHIP wig?

No, RTS wigs are as pictured and described

​*How many bundles are used to create wigs?

Bob wigs & 16" and under are made with a Lace closure or frontal and 2 bundles. Lengths over 16" are made with a lace closure/frontal and 3 bundles. To order a wig with 4 or more bundles please email.

How long does the wig unit  last ?*

With proper care, our units will last over a year.

*Will the color be exact as the pictures?

Not all wigs are the exact same, color placement and all colors will be as close to the picture as possible, but can slightly vary being that hair can process differently during the coloring process. 

*Are the units ready to wear?

All Custom collection units & RTS units are ready to wear &  but still may need to be re-styled due to packaging. 

Standard lace closure and lace frontal wigs ARE NOT  ready to wear and and will arrive to you in its original state, it will need to be bleached, plucked and styled.

Are Your wigs handmade/ by the owner?

No, our wigs are factory made. However some of our wigs are custom made and then customized, colored and styled by hand. These wigs are on the custom wigs tab and ready to ship. 

If you prefer a wig constructed by us on a dome cap with your measurements please send an email, for a request. Please provide your  head circumference measurements, front to nape ,color, hair texture, length, style, lace type and one photo for reference.

Please read the description under each wig and see the photos. Our website is very detailed and it states exactly what to expect.

*Do I need to  send in my  head measurements?

No! Our wigs are made on sized caps: Small, medium & large. The chart below shows how to measure your head to see what size cap you should select. small 21" circumference, medium 22" circumference , large 23" circumference. Please keep in mind our caps stretch.
