Returns and Exchanges


Due to the nature of our business and our country pandemic state at this time we are not excepting returns or exchanges.

Once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. Therefore, we encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order. 

Exchanges may occur if we sent the wrong item:

If there is a problem with your order ex: we sent the wrong item, size , texture etc.

Please contact us BEFORE wearing the wig/bundles. So that we can exchange the item.

If you know your order is incorrect & proceed to wear the hair we cannot exchange or refunds. We cannot take back worn hair.
