I SUGGEST SIZING DOWN, HALF WIG SITS BEHIND YOUR HAIRLINE SO YOU DONT NEED THE SAME SPACE AS A FULL WIG. 

ex I wear a medium fill wig but a small half wig

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, Please contact the carrier directly. The phone number for USPS is 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777)
Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.

We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.

 Processing times

Processing times vary depending on the item.

Our standard processing time is 1-7 business days before shipping for all items except Custom Order Wigs and Ready to ship Wigs.

Wigs on the "Ready to Ship" tab are in stock and ready to ship same day when ordered before 2pm. Orders After 2pm will ship the next day.

Wigs on the "Custom Collection" tab processing time 5-15 business days, as it is custom made and colored specifically for you

 

 Shipping 

After processing All wigs will ship USPS priority, which is 1-2 business days depending on your location.

Tracking will be sent out via email.

Return policy

 

 Returns / Refunds

NO REFUNDS!! 

Due to the nature of our business we do not except returns for a refund.

Once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. Therefore, we encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order and ask questions. 

EXCHANGES -  exchanges are applicable  if bundles haven’t been worn & in its original wrapping. Within 7 days of delivery!

For wigs exchanges are applicable if the wig hasn’t been worn & the lace has not been cut. Within 7 days of delivery

Exchanges may occur if we sent the wrong item

If there is a problem with your order ex: we sent the wrong item, size , texture etc.

Please contact us BEFORE wearing the wig/bundles. So that we can exchange the item.

If you know your order is incorrect & proceed to wear the hair we cannot exchange or refunds. We cannot take back worn hair.
